    Aplicación web para mejorar la elaboración del reporte de asistencia mensual del personal que labora en las instituciones educativas de la Ugel Abancay, 2018

    La presente investigación de tesis tuvo como objetivo principal mejorar la elaboración del reporte de asistencia mensual del personal que labora en las Instituciones Educativas de la UGEL Abancay, asimismo, reducir el tiempo que emplea y los costos que se generan para emitir el consolidado final de los reportes de asistencia mensual al área de remuneraciones. La problemática que existía en la Oficina de Personal era que los procesos no se encontraban automatizados, por ello no se tenía un control exacto de aquellas Instituciones Educativas que enviaban su reporte de asistencia mensual, es más en muchos casos la información que contenía el reporte no era completa, por ejemplo, cuando el director reportaba una tardanza, el reporte no tenía especificado los minutos de dicha tardanza, tras esta situación cada reporte debía ser extensamente verificado. La investigación realizada fue de tipo aplicada, de nivel explicativo y el diseño cuasi experimental, basándose en la metodología ágil de desarrollo de software SCRUM. Finalmente, al utilizar la aplicación web SYSCO se logró mejorar la elaboración del reporte de asistencia mensual logrando reducir en un 97% el tiempo que se empleaba para emitir el consolidado final y en un 83.85% los costos que se generaban en la consolidación de los reportes de asistencia mensual en la Oficina de Personal, de esta manera se concluye que con la implantación del aplicativo web SYSCO se obtuvieron resultados satisfactorios.

    Web application to report the monthly attendance of the personnel working in the educational institutions at UGEL Abancay

    The main objective of this thesis research was to improve the preparation of the monthly assistance report of the staff working in the Educational Institutions of the UGEL Abancay, as well as to reduce the time spent and the costs generated to issue the final consolidated of the monthly assistance reports to the Remuneration Area. The problem that existed in the Personnel Office was that the processes were not automated, so there was no exact control of those Educational Institutions that sent their monthly attendance report, it is more in many cases the information contained in the report It was complete, for example when the director reported a delay, the report did not specify the minutes of that delay, after this situation each report should be extensively verified. The research was applied type, explanatory level and quasi-experimental design, based on the agile SCRUM software development methodology. Finally, when using the SYSCO web application, the preparation of the monthly assistance report will be significantly improved, reducing the time it took to issue the final consolidation by 97%, the costs that were generated in the consolidation were also reduced by 83.85% of the monthly assistance reports in the Personnel Office, this concludes with the implementation of the SYSCO web application, satisfactory results were obtained
